Hotel Equities, Premier announce joint venture

Atlanta-based Hotel Equities, represented by President and CEO Fred Cerrone, and Atlanta-based Premier Hotel Corporation, represented by William D. Bowen, announced an agreement to joint-venture the management of seven hotels in Premier’s portfolio.  The transition of those hotels to Hotel Equities’ management team is effective April 1, 2011 and brings the HE portfolio to 51 hotels.

“We welcome this opportunity for a joint venture and partnership with Premier and Bill Bowen,” said Fred Cerrone.  “Premier’s group of hotels matches well with our company’s management expertise and we will provide value to both guests and owners.”

The Premier Hotel Corporation’s portfolio of seven hotels includes the Fairfield Inn-Charlotte, NC; Hampton Inn-Adel, GA; Hampton Inn-Douglas, GA; Holiday Inn-Duluth, GA; Wingate by Wyndam-Albany, GA; The Cabot Lodge, Gainesville, FL and Treasure Bay Hotel & Marina, Treasure Island, FL.

In addition, from this point forward, Premier Hotel Corporation and Bill Bowen will refer management contract candidates to Hotel Equities and, on a non-exclusive basis, will serve as a Development Partner with Fred Cerrone and Hotel Equities in the future.
