BOULDER, Colorado—STR Analytics’ Bandwidth Reports give subscribers a unique advantage to look at data beyond averages.

Bandwidth Reports give a complete picture of occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room performance of individual properties against competitors. The reports also include average low and high performance for the month compared to individual property’s averages, potential revenue gain and losses on a monthly basis, and year-over-year data comparisons.

“As our industry comes out of the recession, hoteliers want to know when it’s time to start taking risks,” said Orly Ripmaster, senior analyst at STR Analytics. “We believe it is becomingly increasingly crucial to start benchmarking to the leaders. The Bandwidth Report is the perfect report to give a unique insight to the range of competitive performance, beyond the average. More than 1,000 properties within 30 hotel companies, including several major chains, have adopted the Bandwidth Report to better position themselves within their comp sets.”
