Hotels, regardless of their size, can create a customized app for guests at little or no cost via Intelity’s ICE Instant. The user-friendly site takes hoteliers through a four-step process: sign up, select, submit and serve allowing them to sign up; select the information, services and images that are best suited to their individual property; submit the data and name their price. Upon completion of the process, hoteliers will have created their own version of Intelity’s virtual concierge platform, which will allow their guest to coordinate services such as wake-up calls, transportation requests, turn down services in addition to accessing destination information. By simply downloading the app, guests will have the ability to coordinate these hotel services and more all from the convenience of their personal smartphone or tablet. |
