Wilson merges hotel operations into Valor

Wilson Hotel Management has announced it will merge its hotel management operations into those of Valor Hospitality Partners and make substantial investment in the combined entity. The terms of the merger were not disclosed. 

ATLANTA / MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Wilson Hotel Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kemmons Wilson Companies (“KWC”) and Valor Hospitality Partners (“Valor”), both award-winning hotel developers and management companies, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership whereby KWC is merging its hotel management operations into Valor and making a substantial investment in the combined entity. This investment and merger will accelerate Valor’s growth with immediate effect. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.

The company will be headquartered in Atlanta and London, England, while retaining an office in Memphis. The combined operations will encompass 41 properties currently under management or in a confirmed pipeline. The hotels are located throughout the US and the UK with 48 corporate employees and well over 3000 team members within the hotels.
