HENDERSONVILLE, Tennessee—STR is now accepting U.S. data participants for the annual HOST and ISHC CapEx studies.

Participants who submit 2017 year-end HOST P&L data by February 23, 2018, will receive a complimentary HOST Report for each participating hotel. Data providers also receive exclusive pricing and access to profitability benchmarking products.

Built to help hoteliers make better business decisions, STR’s HOST Program includes tools such as detailed departmental revenues/expenses, in-depth analyses, year-over-year comparisons and enhanced benchmarking offerings. With more than 5,000 annual participants, the HOST database covers the most definitive and extensive revenue and expense data in the hotel industry.

STR’s new 2018 HOST submission form includes the most current USALI reporting changes and enhanced guidance for each line item.

Participants in the HOST program are also highly encouraged to submit capital expenditure data. This information will be used in conjunction with the 2018 CapEx Data Survey, an initiative of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) in partnership with the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA). The data collected will be presented in the upcoming 5th edition of “ISHC CapEx – A Study of Capital Expenditures in the Hotel Industry.”
