Karyl Argamasilla is of counsel at Bilzin Sumberg and a member of the law firms Hospitality and Real Estate Practice Groups. She has experience counseling national and local developers, sellers, purchasers and financial institutions in large complex commercial real estate transactions, which include acquisition, disposition and operation of property, development, financing, loan restructuring, leasing, condominium documentation and general corporate matters. She is a past president of CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women) and a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Cuban American Bar Association. She has received numerous awards for her career and community achievements, including the CREW-Miami Mentor of the Year Award, Real Estate Forums Tomorrow’s Leaders Southeast Awards, and the Women’s Fund of Miami’s Dade’s Mujeres Giving Back Time Award. She received her juris doctorate from St. Thomas University and her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Florida International University.
