CLEVELAND, Ohio—Americas Best Value Inn® continued its unsurpassed growth with the addition of 11 new properties in June for a total of 32 during the second quarter of 2012.  With its innovative brand affiliation, ABVI continues to attract hoteliers seeking increased revenue and more global resources.

Among Americas Best Value Inn’s additions in June were a 156-room inn & suites in Las Cruces, NM and a 100-room, former independent inn in Bridgewater, NJ. The brand also welcomed hotel owners in such top U.S. markets as Atlanta, Oklahoma City and Bismarck, ND, as well as a 60-room, new construction project in Pleasanton, TX, which is 35 miles south of San Antonio.

All told, the 32 new inns, hotels and suites last quarter added a total of 2,044 rooms in 19 states and Ontario, and included three 2-diamond properties and conversions from several legacy brands. ABVI added 35 properties during the first quarter and is on pace for one of its strongest years ever.

“Hotel owners are continuing to hear about the successes that our members have had. They see our strong track record, our culture, and the impressive results. They learn about our unique business model that allows members to be in business for themselves, not by themselves. And ultimately they’re taking full advantage of the opportunity to bring more value to their business by joining the Vantage family,” said Roger Bloss, the Founder, President and CEO of Vantage Hospitality Group, which also includes the Canadas Best Value Inn®, Chinas Best Value Inn®, Value Inn Worldwide®, Lexington Hotels® and Lexington Inns® brands.

A limited-service brand with more than 1,000 properties, ABVI operates under its Freestyle® brand affiliation, which offers low, flat, monthly fees; short-term contracts; a voice and a vote in the direction of the brand; and the one-of-a-kind 100% Return On Investment Promise. In addition, hotel owners are not forced into unreasonable property improvement plans; enjoy numerous innovative programs and comprehensive resources that help them drive revenue, such as the new $1, $2, $3 a day renovation program; and are attracted to ABVI’s new global CRS, powered by Sabre, that provides the highest level of connectivity worldwide with enhanced web and mobile booking solutions.
