Data deluge provides encouragement

Being deluged with data for nearly 29 hours has its advantages. Sure, the 275 attendees of the second Hotel Data Conference felt a little punch drunk by the end of the even late yesterday afternoon.

Striking result from Freitag's point, counterpoint

I’ve always looked at individuals in the hotel industry as an optimistic lot, always looking at the glass as half-full even as a global economy threatens to collapse right in front of them.
