• The Copley Square Hotel in Boston underwent a $20-million renovation that included infrastructure improvements.
• The 189-room Crowne Plaza Wilmington North in Delaware underwent an $8-million renovation; it was formerly the Holiday Inn Select Wilmington.
• A $40-million renovation of the Tishman Building in Buffalo will add a Hilton Garden Inn to the first 14 floors of the 20-story building.
