Sara Glenn is SVP of operations, Canada, Caribbean, Central American and Mexico for Accor, whose portfolio comprises luxury brands including Fairmont, Raffles, Sofitel Legend, SO Sofitel, Sofitel, onefinestay, MGallery, Pullman, and Swissôtel; as well as the midscale and boutique brands of 25hours, Novotel, Mercure, Mama Shelter and Adagio; economy brands including JO&JOE, ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and the regional brands Grand Mercure, The Sebel and hotelF1.

Based in Toronto, Glenn oversees Accor’s portfolio of hotels in Canada, Caribbean, Central America and Mexico. She plays a pivotal role in helping the company achieve its long-term objectives of growing its brands, maximizing performance and building long-term value for our partners and owners. In addition, she is spearheading the region’s road to recovery.

Glenn has over 25 years of senior hospitality experience which is based in both the ownership and operating sides of the industry. Prior to her new appointment at Accor, she was EVP of asset management at InnVest Hotels overseeing a portfolio of 100+ hotels across Canada. In addition, she was co-founder of Whetstone Partners, a hospitality advisory and asset management firm, and has also held several senior roles with, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, Westmont Hospitality Group, Horwath Consultants and Delta Hotels & Resorts. Glenn is a graduate of Ryerson University and the Richard Ivey School of Business. She sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Guelph HFTM School and is vice chair of the Hotel Association of Canada.
